From the Chair

There has never been a better time than now to focus on the war against cancer. Cancer has touched almost everybody throughout this region; but we can change that. Regional health care and research institutions recognize the tremendous burden cancer places on our families and the tremendous opportunity we have before us. The Midwest Cancer Alliance (MCA) Partners Advisory Board was formed to leverage this opportunity and to improve the health of our community.

By collaborating together to bring a National Cancer Institute designated Comprehensive Cancer Center to this region; we are poised to achieve great things. I believe there is no greater challenge that we can meet than by bringing the latest most cutting-edge clinical trials and treatments to people in this region. I know we can achieve this, through the collaboration of the institutions that serve on this board.
